This works great to provide some extra 'pop' or 'crack' for cross-sticking, also a big fan of the black on my snare with black hardware - as it blends in nicely. Haven't noticed any issues yet, the included hardware worked perfectly, it sounds great, what is is there to say!

Wow... great product. I'm always having to shift around to find the sweet spot and now I don't have to because it's perfect right there... especially in the studio. Usually I have to find the best cross-stick on the track, then cut/copy/paste it through the rest of the track. Not anymore. Moreover, I can smack cross-sticks harder with the raised rim.
